Been using this modem in basic WinXP Fax Servers for years without problems. Great modem for the price. Until one of my clients decided to get Shaw Digital Phone in the office. Still trying to resolve the problem, modem does not auto-pickup, and disconnects after about 20sec when sending faxes. Stand alone fax appliances work fine, and so far no help from Shaw. Digital Phone users beware.
